I’m a solid 14/XL in pants. I’m 5’5” and these are freeeaaakkking amazing. They feel like you have nothing on. I’ve now purchased almost every color in OS and my daughters (age 11 and 22- both are XS) steal these from me on the regular. The pocket??? Chef’s kiss! They aren’t sheer- well, they kinda of are- but not in a way that is embarrassing or revealing. YES YOU CAN WASH AND DRY THEM on regular cycles and they come out beautifully. I tend to let them air dry mostly and finish them in the dryer bc I’m just too lazy to iron- but I haven’t noticed any fading. These are the most comfortable pants I’ve ever, ever, ever owned- and I feel like a free flowing floaty fairy princess when I wear them. Which is funny, because I tend to be sort of a punk/prep mix in every day sartorial choices. My 11 year old stole the tie dye ones and wears them as pajamas. My HUSBAND put them on and was like “WTF, WHY DO WOMEN GET TO WEAR THESE I’M SO JEALOUS” and he wears scrubs to work! Seriously, just go ahead and buy them. Thank me later :)
